Bundle Slide (a unit of Cloud E Retail). Email: support@bundleslide.com. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Bundle Slide.

SmartSearch lets you search and browse a library of professionally designed, editable PowerPoint slides by keyword, category, industry and colour. Anyone can browse a limited part of the library free. A member can search the whole library. A pass holder can also download the slides.

A separate tool called SlideFill, which writes text into slide templates for you, is being built. It is not part of a SmartSearch pass unless we say so when we launch it.

• You need an email address to have an account. Please enter your correct email, because it is how you log in and how we send you login links.
• If you buy a pass without signing up first, we create an account for you using the email you gave at checkout.
• Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
• One account is for one person. Please do not share your pass or login with others.

• A pass is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and it never renews automatically.
• A pass gives unlimited downloads for its length: 1 month is 30 days, 4 months is 120 days and 1 year is 365 days, counted from the day your payment is confirmed.
• Prices are shown in Indian rupees at checkout before you pay. Launch prices may change for future customers.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Your pass is switched on when your payment is confirmed. This is normally within a minute.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

When you download a slide as a pass holder, we give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it. You may:

• Edit the slides and use them in your own presentations, documents and materials.
• Use them for your work or business, including presentations you make for your clients.
• Keep the downloaded files after your pass ends, for the work you already made with them.

You may not:

• Resell, share, publish, or upload the slide files, or the library, or any part of them, so that others can download or copy them as files.
• Repackage the slides as templates, stock, a bundle, or a competing library or search tool.
• Share your account or pass with others so that they can download slides.
• Use scripts, bots or bulk-download tools to copy the library.

The slides, the tags and the search stay the property of Bundle Slide and its designers. This licence does not transfer ownership.

Please do not try to get around the sign-up wall or download limits, attack or overload the site, look for other people’s accounts or data, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. In that case we do not refund the pass.

Some slides use fonts such as Montserrat, Open Sans or Aptos. Microsoft 365 downloads them automatically. In older versions of PowerPoint, WPS Office or Google Slides, a different font may be shown instead, and the text may move or wrap differently. This is not a fault with your purchase.

We add, improve, re-tag and sometimes remove slides, and we may change how the site works. We work hard to keep it running but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Slide tags are made with the help of software and may occasionally be wrong.

We provide the site and the slides “as they are”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come indirectly from using the site, such as lost business or lost time. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the pass the claim is about. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

You can stop using SmartSearch at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account ends any pass that is still running, without a refund, unless the Refund Policy says otherwise.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If we make a significant change, we will tell account holders by email or on the site. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Patna, Bihar, unless the law gives you the right to go to another court.
