Privacy Policy

• Your email address. This is how you log in, and how we send you login and password links. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name and email address. We do not use anything else Google shares.
• Your name, which you type when you pay without signing up first, or which Google shares if you sign in with Google. We use it only to greet you in our emails and to help you if you contact us.
• Your password, if you set one. We never see it. Our login provider stores it in a scrambled form that cannot be read back.
• A mobile number, only if you choose to give one when you pay without signing up first. We use it only so that we can help you get back into your account by hand if you typed your email wrongly. It is never used to call, message or market to you, and it is never used to log you in.
• Payment records: what you bought, the amount, the date, and the Razorpay payment and order numbers. We never see your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay handles those.
• Pass and download activity: which pass you have, when it ends, and which slides you download and when. We use this to support you and to see which slides are most useful.
• How you found us: the link, ad or website that brought you here (for example a WhatsApp link, one of our ads, our email, or Google), and the first page you opened. We save it with your account when you sign up and with your order when you buy, so we can see which of our posts and ads work.
• Site usage statistics: Google Analytics records which pages you open, roughly where you are (city or region, worked out from your IP address), your device and browser type, and steps such as signing up, starting checkout and buying (with the amount). We use this only in summary form, to see what works on the site and where people get stuck.
• Technical logs: your IP address, browser type and the time of a visit, kept by our hosting to keep the site secure and fix problems.
• Advertising measurement data: if you arrive from one of our ads, or visit our site, Meta’s advertising tools (see sections 3 and 4) record which pages you view, when you start checkout, when you register and when you buy, together with the purchase amount, your IP address, your browser type and Meta’s own cookie identifiers. When you register or pay, your email address is sent to Meta in a scrambled (hashed) form, never as plain text.

We do not keep a record of the words you search for, and we do not sell your data. We do use Meta’s advertising measurement tools, as described below.

• To create your account and log you in.
• To take payment, switch on your pass and keep a record of the sale.
• To let you download the slides you are entitled to.
• To email you things you need: login links, password links and payment-related messages.
• To remind you by email when your pass is about to end (about 5 days before and the day before) and when it has ended, with a link to renew. You can switch these reminders off with the link in any reminder or on your Account page. We do not send other promotional email from this site. If you signed up on the site to hear when SlideFill launches, we may send you that one notice.
• To keep the site secure, prevent misuse and fix faults.
• To measure and improve our advertising, so we can see which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases and show our ads to people likely to find them useful.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

We use trusted services to run the site. They only get the data they need to do their job:

• Supabase: our database and login system.
• Razorpay: takes your payment.
• Cloudflare: stores and delivers the slide files and pictures.
• Railway: hosts the website.
• Hostinger: sends our emails.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram): measures our advertising. Meta receives the information described in section 1 under advertising measurement data, from your browser (the Meta Pixel) and from our server (Meta’s Conversions API). Meta may use it to match visits and purchases to its own users and to improve ad delivery, under its own privacy policy.
• Google: if you choose “Continue with Google”, and Google Analytics, which measures how the site is used (see section 1). Google handles this data under its own privacy policy.

Some of these companies run their systems outside India, so your data may be handled there. We may also share data when the law or a court requires it. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

When SlideFill launches, we will update this page to explain how the text you paste into it is handled.

We use only the small files that the site needs to work: they keep you logged in, remember where to send you back to after you log in, and keep a checkout secure. Razorpay’s payment window may use its own cookies to protect your payment.

Two of our own small cookies (named bs_first and bs_last) remember how you arrived: the link, ad or website that sent you, and the page you landed on. They hold nothing else about you, are never shared, and expire after 90 and 30 days.

Google Analytics uses its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by letters) to count visits and recognise a returning browser, including across bundleslide.com and its sub-sites. You can block them in your browser settings, or with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site keeps working if you do.

We also use advertising cookies from Meta (named _fbp and _fbc). They let Meta recognise a browser that saw or clicked one of our ads and later visited or bought from us. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or turn off ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. The site keeps working if you do.

• Account details: for as long as you have an account.
• Payment records: for as long as tax and accounting law require us to keep them, even after you delete your account.
• Technical logs: for a short time, then they are removed.
• Advertising measurement details saved when you start a checkout (your IP address, browser type and Meta cookie identifiers): for as long as you have an account, and deleted with it.

You can ask us to:

• Show you the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your account and personal data.
• Stop using your mobile number, stop pass reminder emails, or stop emailing you about SlideFill.
• Stop sending information about you to Meta for advertising (we will also stop for your email address once you tell us).

Write to support@bundleslide.com from the email address on your account. To delete your account, put “Delete my account” in the subject. We will confirm it is you, then delete your account, your saved details and your mobile number within 30 days. We must keep the payment records described above. Deleting your account ends any pass still running.

The whole site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored scrambled. Slide files are kept private and are shared only through short-lived download links. Access to our systems is limited to what is needed. No system is perfectly safe, but we work to protect your data and will tell you and the authorities if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

SmartSearch is for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the site grows. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change matters to you, we will tell account holders by email or on the site.
