List your people with their job title and who they report to, and get a clean organisation chart in PowerPoint: boxes, lines and levels done for you, coloured by department. Your list never leaves your device.
One row per person: name, job title, who they report to (leave it empty for the top person) and, if you like, the department. An example is filled in: change it, or press “Clear rows” to start your own.
12 people · 1 slide
Every box and line can be edited in PowerPoint. Free up to 15 people, with a small “Made with Bundle Slide” line.

Staff lists are personal data. This tool reads your list and builds the PowerPoint in your own browser, so names never reach our servers.
Making an org chart by hand in PowerPoint means hours of lining up boxes. Here the levels, spacing and lines are worked out for you; change the list and the chart follows.
Yes. Charts of up to 15 people are free to download without signing up, with a small “Made with Bundle Slide” line. Any SmartSearch pass (from ₹99) unlocks charts of any size, with no footer line.
A list with one row per person: name, job title and who they report to (leave it empty for the top person). A department column is optional and colours the boxes. Type it here, paste it from Excel or Google Sheets, or upload an .xlsx or .csv file.
Yes. Every box is a normal PowerPoint shape with the name and title inside, and every line is a normal line, so you can change text, colours and sizes. The lines are separate shapes: if you move a box, move its line too.
The chart shrinks to fit the slide, and team members without their own reports are stacked neatly in columns. If everyone still can't fit on one slide, slide 1 shows the top person and their direct reports, and each of them gets their own slide with their whole team, marked “+12 · see slide 3”.
No. The list is read and the PowerPoint is made inside your own browser. Names never reach our servers.
Not in this version: each person has one manager. For a dotted-line relationship, add it by hand in PowerPoint after downloading.
Yes. Names and titles are kept exactly as you type them. Make sure each name in “Reports to” is spelt the same way as in the Name column.
