Yes. They are PowerPoint's own entrance animations and transitions, so you can open the Animation Pane and change the order, speed or effect of any of them.
They are left exactly as they are. Only slides with no animations get the style you pick, unless you tick “Also replace the existing animations”.
Everything on the slide except the title, slide numbers and full-slide backgrounds, in reading order. In the Designer style, shapes fly in from the nearest edge, pieces in the middle grow in place, lines draw in and each text fades in just after the shape it sits on.
Yes. Pick “Mix” to give every slide a different style automatically, or choose a style for any single slide in the preview. Press Play in the preview to watch your own slide move before you download.
