Yes. A free account makes 5 quotations or invoices a month, with a small "Made with Bundle Slide" line at the foot of the PDF. Any Bundle Slide pass gives unlimited documents without that line.
Yes. It prints your GSTIN and the client's, HSN/SAC codes, the place of supply, and works out CGST + SGST for a client in your state or IGST for another state, with a tax summary per rate and the amount in words. If you're not registered for GST, it makes a plain invoice with no GST.
Yes. Open the quotation and choose 'Make invoice': the client and items are copied onto a new invoice with your next invoice number, and the quotation is marked as converted.
Numbers follow your own pattern, for example INV/2026-27/001, and go up by one each time. You can also type a number by hand. Numbering can start again from 1 every 1 April. A number is never given twice, and a cancelled invoice keeps its number.
Quotations can be edited any time. An invoice isn't changed silently: you mark it paid or part-paid, cancel it, or 'Revise' it, which cancels it and issues a new invoice with a new number, as GST rules expect.
Your business details, clients and documents are saved in your account and only you can see them. PDFs are made in your own browser. You can download everything as Excel at any time.
