Change your PPT's colours to your brand colours

PowerPoint's own “theme colours” only change some shapes, because most templates paint colours straight onto shapes. This tool changes them all: shapes, text, gradients, charts, SmartArt and icons, keeping every lighter and darker shade. Your file never leaves your device.

1. Your finished PowerPoint

A .pptx file up to 100 MB. It is opened on your own device and never uploaded.

How to change PowerPoint colours to your brand in 3 steps

  1. 1. Upload your PPT

Any .pptx, up to 100 MB, made from any template.

  2. 2. Add brand colours

Type them, or pick them from your logo. Keep any colour that means something.

  3. 3. Download

The same deck in your colours, with animations and layout untouched.

Changing PowerPoint colours: questions

›Is Deck Finisher free?

Yes, for decks of up to 5 slides, without signing up; free downloads carry a small “Made with Bundle Slide” line. Any SmartSearch pass (from ₹99) finishes decks of any size with no line.

›Is my PowerPoint uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is opened and changed inside your own browser. It never reaches our servers, so confidential decks stay confidential.

›What changes colour?

Shapes, text, backgrounds, gradients, charts, SmartArt and SVG icons, plus the deck's theme colours, so new shapes you add later match too. Photos and picture (PNG/JPG) icons keep their own colours. Greys, white, black and skin tones are kept.

›Will my animations and layout stay?

Yes. Only colours and fonts change. Animations, positions, sizes, text and notes are left exactly as they were.

›Why change the fonts?

Fonts like Montserrat, Open Sans or Bebas Neue aren't installed on every computer. On Office 2016/2019, WPS or a client's laptop, text then appears in a different font and can spill out of its box. Swapping them for fonts every computer has (or your brand font) keeps the deck looking as designed.

›What if red and green mean something in my deck?

Every colour group has a “Keep” tick box. Tick it for colours that carry meaning, such as red/amber/green status, and they stay as they are.

›Does it work with Google Slides or Canva files?

Yes, if you download them as PowerPoint (.pptx) first. Upload that file, then open the finished one in PowerPoint, Google Slides or WPS.
